Welcome to fall, you all. If I received a dollar for every leaf falling around my house this week, the accumulated money would pay my annual utility costs for the next few years. How deep are they? Before yesterday’s wind gusts, the layer covering my yard measured several inches. After the summer drought, I guess the trees grew weary of their dried up leaves and organized a synchronized drop. Like me, they wanted rain showers and received sprinkles. Oh, the joys of living in the south.
When do leaf colors peak where you live?
