If you enjoy the great outdoors and find time in your schedule, make someone’s visit to a national park an extra special event by becoming a volunteer. Due to budget constraints, volunteers are needed more than ever at our national treasures. Activities vary from park to park and range in skill levels. Examples include giving a nature talk, being a campground host, maintaining hiking trails, repairing historic buildings, and answering questions at visitor centers.
