Turkey and dressing top my list of favorite Thanksgiving foods, and they taste even better the next day. But several days of the same menu stretch my tastebuds too far. By day four I’m ready for something different and less healthy, like a hamburger or pizza. So what happens to the leftovers? One year I froze them, and we ate them two weeks later. Another time I made turkey noodle soup, and the next year I added them to a casserole. What’s your answer for Thanksgiving leftovers?
