As a sports fan, I watched the college world series this week and enjoyed every game. With outstanding talent and athleticism sprinkled across the country, teams from both sides of the Mississippi River met in Omaha to swing bats and score homeruns. As a casual observer of fashion, some teams’ colors shined better than others. Black and gold sparkled, purple and yellow flashed, and orange and white sizzled, especially on a black jersey. So let’s play the game “what if” on this soggy Southern-Fried Friday. What colors would you choose if tasked with picking two for a brand new sports team?
