With lofty aspirations to be more efficient, I’m attempting to reduce my screen time this fall, mainly phone and television viewing. Am I succeeding? The key word here is “attempting.” For starters, I’m skipping most news programs, as the world is spiking off the crazy meter. My next focus concentrates on scaling back sports, limiting myself to college only. The third area needing a trim is movies, which appears to be the easiest cut because few decent ones are being made nowadays. As my friend, you should give me a few months before checking on my progress. Change comes slow when you’re fighting every step of the way.
