Are We There Yet?

If you’ve ever said or heard the words “are we there yet,” raise your hand. Yeah, I’m right there with you. As kids, we could be just a few minutes on the road, and those words would roll out of my sister’s mouth, into my parents’ ears, as she hung over the backseat of the car. I know, hard to believe folks once traveled without seatbelts. But the journey’s destination is today’s subject, and a place offering something for everyone in your car is the Smoky Mountains. Snow, wildlife, hiking in a winter wonderland, frozen waterfalls, and most importantly less crowds. With beauty everywhere in the Smokies, no way anyone can ask, “Are we there yet?”

How much do you like snow—love it or leave it?
