Above Average

Does winter weather change your diet? Cool days and frosty nights alter mine. I exchange vegetable soup for salads and hot tea for ice water. We eat more chili and less ice cream. Our indoor grill cooks more suppers than the one outdoors. My only constant is chocolate, although the consumed amount may vary. A house essential for my significant other ranges from strong to armed and dangerous depending on the country of origin. He loves coffee and drinks it regardless the weather or time of day. With Americans consuming 20 pounds of chocolate and 9 pounds of coffee annually, I know for certain we qualify as an above average couple. To confirm it, we bought two pounds of each yesterday, which might last a week.

What’s your preferred winter drink?
